1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all products and services provided by AVS ISP . By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

We respect your privacy, your data, and your freedom online — and in return, we expect all customers to use our network responsibly and lawfully.

2. Account Registration

• We only require a name and valid email address to create an account.
• We reserve the right to request additional identification or verification in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or payment irregularities.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts and credits are non-transferable.

3. Services Provided

3.1 VPS / VDS Servers

Our VPS & VDS services provide access to virtualized server resources. Customers have full administrative access and are responsible for all configurations and data security. Our services are provided without management and are fully self-managed. While we maintain the underlying servers and systems, we do not maintain your software / operating system. Management and updates are your own responsibility.

3.2 DDoS Protection

We offer DDoS protection for websites and IP services. While we make all attempts to fight off DDoS attacks on your protected sites and services, we cannot guarantee 100% effectivness as threats change and emerge. We will provide the best effort we can in ensuring your services stay online in the event of a DDoS attack.

3.3 Privacy Services

Our Privacy Package provides access to VPN, Proxy, and Smart DNS services. We do not log user activity, browsing history, or connection details across these privacy products. Privacy Services are sold as a bundle package with access to all services for 1 User / IP at a time. If you need multiple devices or users to be able to access the services at the same time, you are welcome to order multiple packages, one for each user.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Abuse of our network or services is strictly prohibited, including spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Hosting or operating Tor exit nodes, public VPN or proxy servers, or open relays is not permitted.
• All traffic to and from the Tor network is forbidden due to abuse.
• Bittorrent traffic is forbidden due to network abuse and legal risks associated with such traffic.
• You are responsible for the actions and data hosted within your services.
• We do not inspect or monitor your files or content, but we expect users not to host or distribute anything illegal, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
• Respect us as we respect your privacy - do not our infrastructure in ways that could draw unwanted legal or regulatory attention.

5. Bandwidth and Resource Usage

Unmetered bandwidth means you are not billed by usage volume. Download traffic is effectively unlimited. However, in rare cases of extreme or abusive upload usage that impacts service stability or network quality, we reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits. Abuse of network resources or "maxing out" the allocated connection constantly will not be tolerated. In such cases, your bandwith may be limited, your services suspended, or even terminated in extreme cases.

6. Privacy and Logging

• We do not monitor or log any activity within VPN, Proxy, or IP access services.
• We do log access attempts to our website, client panel, and systems we directly manage — for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Credits and Payments

Credits added to your account represent a virtual balance that can be used for renewing or purchasing services. They are not a cash balance and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

• AVS ISP is not a financial institution or payment service provider.
• Credits are non-refundable once added.
• Credits and active services are non-transferable between accounts.
• Payments are processed via third-party gateways, and we do not store full payment details on our servers.

8. Service Suspension or Termination

• We may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Services may also be suspended for non-payment or abuse reports.
• In such cases, credits or remaining time are forfeited.

9. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." While we take every reasonable measure to maintain reliability and uptime, we make no warranties beyond those outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We are not responsible for data loss, downtime caused by third parties, or indirect damages such as lost profits or business interruption.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service improvements, compliance updates, or operational changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
